I Love Tuning Pianos

This is another post about piano tuning.  It’s so fun.  I love tuning people’s pianos.  The sound sort of disappears into one sound when you get it perfectly tuned and it just sounds beautiful.  That’s my favorite part of tuning pianos.  When you get that perfect sound and it just feels right.

I have an old upright that I just moved into an upstairs apartment and now two keys stick, plus I would like to get it tuned.

It has beautiful sound, otherwise, but the move was hard on it.

Can you give me a ball park of what it would cost to run and fix the two sticky keys?

    Thank you!

    Terry

Oops typo…I meant “tune and fix the two sticky keys”.

    Thanks!

Sorry…you’re too far…I thought you were in Portland, OR.

    Thanks anyway!

  4. That’s OK Terry. If I lived closer, I’d come and do it. You can check your local yellow pages for a piano tuner or look online with the piano technician’s guild to find someone in your area. Good luck.
